Relate
At Relate, our people are at the heart of everything we do. From our skilled counsellors to our dedicated staff, everyone helps individuals, couples, and families build stronger relationships.
Now part of Family Action, we work closely together to support those who need us most. Our Executive Group combines expertise from both organisations to guide our work, while our shared trustees oversee and support us, ensuring we stay focused on our mission.
Together, we’re committed to providing the best care and support for every person and family we work with.
But the support we offer doesn't end there. Our get help pages offer practical tips to help you manage common relationship issues from how to get over a friendship breakup to deciding whether you want to try for kids or not and everything in between.
We also offer a series of toolkits and courses for those who'd prefer to strengthen their relationships without the assistance of a counsellor or wellbeing advisor.
