Our dedicated Information and Advice Team is here to help you find services in Stockport. We offer free, impartial and independent advice and we'll do our best to give you the information you need to make informed decisions about health and social care
We can:
- Provide up-to-date information on local health and social care services, groups and activities
- Provide guidance for people with health and social care related issues
- Signpost to partner organisations with specialist skills and knowledge
- Make referrals to partner organisations to support people in making a complaint
- Where needed make referrals to the appropriate health and social care services for further support
