Creative Support are a not-for-profit organisation who promote the independence, inclusion and wellbeing of people with care and support needs. They do this by working with the people they support, their families and partner agencies to deliver services to meet individual needs and aspirations.
They provide services and support for people with:
- learning disabilities
- autism and mental health needs
- physical disabilities
- dementia
They also support older people with care and support needs. Their range of services includes:
- supported living
- residential care
- community support
- respite services
- domiciliary care
They're also a provider of supported housing many of which have been adapted to individual needs. The supported living services they offer for people with a learning disability are recognised for enabling people to enjoy fulfilling lives.

Disability Stockport
Disability Stockport work hard to support and deliver services that will help those living with disabilities. They do this by keeping up to date with issues that matter, listening and responding to your needs, standing up for equal treatment and more. At Disability Stockport your views (and those of your family or carer) are important to them.
Also working in partnership with Disability Stockport is Stockport CIL, who are dedicated to providing support to those who wish to live independently. They support individuals through a range of services including; Peer Support, Carer Support, Group & Individual Activities

Supportability
We’re passionate about providing quality support services that enable those with complex learning and physical disabilities to access and use their inherent capabilities. Supportability enables those with disability to enjoy and take part in everyday life experiences.
Our services respond to a wide range of disabilities including:
- Learning disability and/or physical disability with an accompanying learning disability.
- Complex health needs e.g. complex Epilepsy, Dysphagia and some individuals living with life limiting conditions.
- Needs relating to autism.
- Needs relating to behaviour.
- Key life transitions – leaving education, moving accommodation, changes in health needs.
