Disability Stockport work hard to support and deliver services that will help those living with disabilities. Supportability

Supportability help children, young people and adults with a wide range of complex physical and learning disabilities. Their aim is to enable those with disability to live a fulfilled and independent life by providing support in the home, community and at their specialist skills day centre. They also provide long-term residential support.

Creative Support

Creative Support are a not-for-profit organisation who promote the independence, inclusion and wellbeing of people with care and support needs. They do this by working with the people they support, their families and partner agencies to deliver services to meet individual needs and aspirations.

They provide services and support for people with:

  • autism and mental health needs
  • physical disabilities
  • dementia

They also support older people with care and support needs. Their range of services includes:

  • residential care
  • community support
  • respite services
  • domiciliary care

They're also a provider of supported housing many of which have been adapted to individual needs. The supported living services they offer for people with a learning disability are recognised for enabling people to enjoy fulfilling lives.
