Stockport ccg - ONE SURVEY

News Release from Stockport Care Commissioning Group (CCG)

The closing date for taking part in the ONE Stockport Health and Care Plan Engagement Survey has been extended to Friday, 30 July 2021.

Launched by NHS Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), the survey is open to anyone who lives and works in the town and is a chance for local people to help shape the health and care services for Stockport

Local people’s views are needed to help develop a health and care plan, which will bring together work being done by different organisations and groups across the borough.

Comments and feedback will be used to help shape the plan which will aim to help people enjoy a happy, healthy and independent life.

This health and care plan will form a key part of the ONE Stockport Borough plan, which is the overarching strategy to set out a blueprint for a healthy Stockport and a vibrant place to live.

The survey covers eight key areas, including questions about mental health and wellbeing, how we can improve local health and care services and how we can all be healthier.

I encourage anyone who lives or works in Stockport to take this opportunity so have their say.

Extending the deadline means that even more people can have their say. Their views and insight will help us shape future plans for health and care in Stockport.
