Our Charity of the Year: Stockport Women's Centre

We are delighted to announce that our Charity of the Year for 2023 will be Stockport Women’s Centre.

The Women’s Centre has supported women in Stockport since …. And their team of staff and volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that the women who attend the centre are empowered and involved in the improvement of their physical and mental wellbeing. The centre offers a variety of services which are both practical and individual to the needs of the different women that attend the centre. Whether they require legal and benefit advice, counselling, or a space to be creative and meet new people, the centre is welcome to all women in Stockport.

Over the next year we will be updating you on the work that Stockport Women’s Centre are doing and publishing opportunities in which you can be involved. A fundraising event is being held at The Savoy Cinema in Heaton Moor, with all proceeds going towards the great work that Stockport Women’s Centre do.
