BPAS (British Pregnancy Advisory Service)
BPAS is the UK's leading healthcare charity which for more than 50 years, have been specialists in safe, confidential abortion treatment. BPAS provides abortion care on behalf of the NHS and is committed to protecting and extending women’s reproductive rights and choices. BPAS take pride in in high quality abortion care services and offer much more besides:
Women's services: sexual healthcare including: Contraception, STI testing, Miscarriage management, and Termination of pregnancy for fetal anomaly
Men's services: Vasectomy treatment and Erectile dysfunction information.

Brook (nationwide service with a Manchester service)
Brook Manchester provides free and confidential sexual health services for people aged 19 and under.
Most of our services are available as walk-ins (you don’t need an appointment just turn up during opening hours.)
Whatever is going on, their friendly team will support you with whatever you need, even if you’re not sure exactly what that is yet. All of the services are free and confidential. They offer:
- Emergency Contraception
- STI Testing and Treatment
- Chlamydia screening under 25s
- Free condoms
- HIV health and social care services
- HIV sexual health services
- HIV support
- Pregnancy termination
- Sexual health information and support
- Sexual health services for young people
Opening times are: Monday, 1pm – 7pm, Tuesday and Thursday, Wednesday and Friday 12.15pm – 6pm and Saturday, 12pm – 3pm.

Capture & Calm Walks
A supportive, peer-led online space for women to share moments from nature, connect with others and gently improve wellbeing through mindful photography. No expensive camera needed - a phone or tablet works just fine
What we do:
- An inclusive online community where women over 18 share mindful photography around monthly themes
- A private mindful diary for reflections on wellbeing
- A gentle, accessible, and neurodiversity-friendly space — no judgment, no pressure, and no special equipment needed

Cradle Charity
CRADLE is a national Mental Health charity providing support to anyone affected by the death of a baby during pregnancy, or termination of pregnancy. Our goal is to prevent feelings of isolation and loneliness that can often follow a traumatic pregnancy experience and to build a community of support for those who are looking to connect with others who may have a shared experience. We work nationally with the NHS to create a deliver services and CRADLE pathways of support that begin during clinical care and continue long after a patient is at home recovering.

Stockport Women's Centre
Stockport Women's Centre offers advice and guidance to women aged 18 and over living in Stockport. They know that you may feel alone and understand it takes courage to seek help and take that first important step.
The Centre offers a full range of therapeutic treatments and support services including 1-1 counselling and group sessions; including courses and art groups. All of which are planned to make you feel safe, supported, respected and empowered.
