Annual Report 2016/17
Summary
In this annual report we discuss not only the good work across Stockport but also Greater Manchester – with the Devolution of health and social care in Greater Manchester coming into effect on April 1st 2016. We also discuss our busy Enter and View team, who are completely made up out of volunteer members. Mental health and consultations on what helps them into leading a healthier lifestyle. We have also been working with a number of organisations and charity’s – one being the Pennine Care Foundation Trust, who helped us to improve the experience of patients on the mental health wards at Stepping Hill Hospital.
Key Findings
1. We met hundred's of local people and heard there views at 23 networking events.
2. We spoke to 218 people about their views on how to live a healthier lifestyle.
3. Our reports have tackled issues ranging from discharge to mental health experiences in hospital.
