Dementia United are pleased to invite applications for one off grants to kick start creative arts and healthy living projects across Greater Manchester.

Dementia United is the NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership’s programme for dementia.  We work together with people from across the Greater Manchester system, to co-design and deliver projects which deliver improvements to the quality and experience of care, support and wellbeing.   One of our key priorities is to promote brain health and help prevent avoidable cases of dementia, helping to maximise wellbeing and time spent living independently.
